Humans are "artists of life" regardless of the individual journey, ultimately seeking a deeper remembrance of and connection to who we are as individual sparks of the "Universality" that is both creator and permeator of all things.

Pulse of Life is an "inner education" endeavor that offers exploration of life-enhancing, peace-creating, and awareness-advancing information, knowledge, and know-how of our human existence, our capacities that far exceed what we have been taught and what we have seen as the truth up to now.

The Pulse Point

​

The inkling of Pulse of Life came from my own awakening experienced at the events of September 11, 2001. I created a non-profit art project to commemorate those who had died. This project would create a huge tapestry handcrafted by many women from clothing that had belonged to the victims. The tapestry would hang in the structure that would be built at the Twin Towers site.

​

I was led to study an ancient energy modality, Usui Reiki, which works with the Universal Life Force Energy - the creative energy force that is part of every living thing on our planet. I knew that Reiki would give me the energetic "know how" to connect to the energy of September 11 and to imbue the clothing and the tapestry with the highest intention of Love, Healing and Forgiveness for our planet. Further, I intended that every woman who worked on this tapestry would study Reiki as well.

Fast forward 16 years to the present. While the tapestry was never created, I received the greatest of life gifts through my continued study of Reiki and other energy-based systems, practices, intuitive studies, and especially Sound, which took my formal training as a musician into a magical place of integrating sound and energy. This has "become" me profoundly, as deep "remembering" that I am always connected to the creative flow of life. My experience has been deep, subtle "refinements" that have greatly enhanced my life, my health, and especially healed deeply-held self-destructive patterns created from childhood abuse experiences.

We Are Energy-Based Beings

​

Pulse of Life was created because we desire everyone to have access to this experience of deeper connectivity and inner peace, yet it was not easily "explained." It's only through the direct experience of studying Reiki and other energy- and awareness-based practices that we really "understand." But it's a profound experiential understanding that grows within us and deepens over time.

Science has proven that we are energy-based beings. Our cells are infused with energy, vibration, light and sound. Does it not make sense that how we transform ourselves and our world is energy-based as well?

​

Finding the Pulse

​

We already are and always have been connected to this Pulse. As children we know it, we DANCE in it. As adults, our connection to this permeating Life Force can become dulled by our outwardly-focused lives ruled by demands, jobs, money issues, distraction -- all of this dims our intrinsic connection to joy.

​

Pulse of Life was created to assist individuals in uncovering new possibilities of peace and joy and deepening awareness of capacities that may have been inaccessible for them before now.

​

As a multi-platform educational outreach endeavor, our offerings and information will include traditional and new systems and methodologies, some of which are rooted deeply in ancient wisdom, such as Usui Reiki, which is over 2500 years old, that have proven their abilities to deepen and expand consciousness. These offerings include Reiki, Sound and vibrational work, movement, mathematics, quantum physics, intuitive training and many others.

Laying the groundwork for Pulse of Life began in 2012 during almost four years of travel in the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest: Indianapolis, IN; Jacksonville, FL; Savannah, GA; Beaufort, SC; and Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM. We shared many of these practices in classes, workshops, part of larger events, and more. After this experience we realized something more is needed to accomplish the deeper intention of this endeavor.

We are creating a firm foundation and structure for this educational outreach in our next round of travel to share this endeavor in experiential presentations, workshops, private events; exploring the possibility of integrating these energy practices with mainstream medical offerings; and other possibilities which have come to light in the last four years. We are also creating a global network of practitioners, teachers and experts who hold this vision and expertise in what they offer.

How Pulse of Life Will Thrive

​

During our four years of travel 2012-2016, we learned what worked, and more importantly what did not work, in creating a successful educational outreach endeavor of a more "alternative" nature. While we were successful in sharing these offerings with individuals preferring more traditional interventions, more importantly we learned the language to use to explain them in nonthreatening ways. Drawing upon that wisdom and the many connections we have made, and harnessing the deepening desire and readiness for "something more" in life, the platform that Pulse of Life will work from is multi-leveled, and will initially be offered in live, virtual and live-stream offerings of life expansion, deeper awareness, peaceful communication, cutting-edge new information and advancement of human capabilities. For some, such as Usui Reiki, whose pure lineage and tradition commands the sharing of in-person information, we uphold its impeccable lineage in this mode of sharing. This in turn honors the energetics of these practices.

 

We Have Launched This Global Intention

 

We are launching a StartSomeGood crowdfund endeavor which will help us:

​

- Fund our upcoming second round of travel to the Midwest and Northeast December 2016 through March, 2018 to expand connections and partnerships. These funds will help to offset the cost of a travel-worthy vehicle to use, most logically a camper van to live in when we are not hosted, which will help to save on costs and increase our mobility. 

- Secure technical know-how and equipment to enhance and enable live, recorded, and live-stream capabilities: digital mastering and video assistance, a small single amplifier and headset microphone; zoom recorder.

- Pay for gas, parking, tour logistics, space fees for events and presentations and assistance in covering bills and expenses during a 2-3 month tour 

- Printing and graphics costs to create two artistic offerings: a book of photography "Love, Mother Earth" and a CD of healing music "Love Songs to the Heart of our World." While these will be offered as perks for contributions here, we will sell these on our travels and through the website to sustain the project; as well as marketing collateral materials.

- Finishing our LLC business filing and other legalities

- Website upgrade for our practitioner/teacher network & SEO needs

- A bit of a "cushion" for unexpected expenses, etc.

Because it's about remembering, reconnecting to the innate knowledge that we are already whole, healed, and that our connection to this Pulse has always been here for us. Pulse of Life wants to share the truth. We need the truth to be told. We need Artists of Life to sing Love back to our world.
